What is Cerrat's general return policy? How many days do I have to request a return?

Cerrat will only accept merchandise in its original condition for a return and refund.

The order must be postmarked for return within 30 days from the official initial delivery date.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order invoice, the original box, dust bag, and merchandise tags.

Cerrat reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above standards and requirements. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. 

To avoid a denied return or fee, please use a clean, flat, carpeted surface when trying on shoes. Please similarly use a clean and gentle surface when trying on other accessories such as belts.


How do I return an order?

Submit a Return Request
  1. Log into your account via the profile on the store's navigation
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for us please.
  5. Click "Request Return:
  6. Please also include images of the merchandise that you are returning in its original state (free of damage). If these are unable to be uploaded via Shopify, please send them to and be sure to include your order number.
Ship Returned Items Back to Cerrat
  1. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

Receive Your Refund

  1. After the product is returned successfully to Cerrat, you receive your refund.


Are shipping charges refundable?

Any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. Your refund will not include any shipping refund for Express or Next Business Day shipping.

We offer free shipping on standard delivery orders.

We offer free return shipping with the use of our prepaid return label.


How long will it take for my refund to be issued?

A refund is issued within 3 business days from the date the package officially arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the credit has been processed, however please note that it may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please be sure to inspect your new merchandise carefully and completely upon delivery before removing merchandise tags and before disposing of original packaging. If you notice a defect or damage on your merchandise, please contact us immediately via an email to

In order to assess a claim, we will require your order number and photos of the damaged item.


Can I exchange a product?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. At this time you may return for a refund and place a new order.
